• To be based in Batu Kawan, Malaysia
• The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
• This role requires collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop programs, and ensure execution of organizational goals

Training Program Development:
Design and implement training programs based on organizational needs and employee skill gaps. Develop training materials, manuals, and resources.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions. Utilize various training methods (e.g., e-learning, on-the-job training, classroom instruction).
Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Provide reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for future training initiatives.
Lead and develop training team
Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Communication:
Excellent system analysis, presentation, and communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing people and projects
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations
• Proven experience of creating and delivering training material (Web based training, on the job training programs, certification programs, metrics)

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
