Position: Technical Customer Service
Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities :
1) Customer Inquiry Handling
- Answer customer calls, online inquiries, and emails to resolve technical issues related to mobile phones, televisions, and air conditioners, including but not limited to operating instructions, troubleshooting, and software updates.
2 )Technical Support and Guidance
- Provide remote technical support to customers, guiding them through simple troubleshooting and setting adjustments via phone or online tools.
3) Complaint Handling
- Handle customer complaints regarding product technical issues, appease customer emotions, and actively seek solutions to restore customer satisfaction.
4) Knowledge Base Maintenance and Update
- Collect and organize common technical issues and solutions, updating and improving the customer service knowledge base for reference by other customer service personnel.
5) Training and Learning
Attend company-organized product technical training to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skill levels.
* Educational Background
- Associate diploma, degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Any certificate in related fields or at least have technical experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as have a willingness to learn more in the technical field.
* Work Experience
- 1-3 years of technician or customer service experience in repairing mobile phones, televisions, air conditioners, or related electronic products.
