Job Description:

• Efficient and smooth handling of shipments by ensuring AWB, manifest and other shipping documents are in order for smooth transition of the shipment.
• To ensure costing and billing are aligned with the agreed RFQ/tariffs,
• Monitor, track & trace events/milestones and Pre-Alert to customers & overseas stations
• Timely preparation of all related shipping supporting documentations with accuracy and efficiency such as: Invoices, Packing list, AWB, Permit and other relevant shipping documents
• Coordinating shipment with local & overseas customers, shipping agent, sub-contractor, port agents (SATS & DNATA) and truckers for transportation arrangement matters.
• Ensure proper information flow with internal parties on changes or concerns with daily operations.
• Adhering continuous improvement procedure through best practice to increase competency level of air freight related process to achieve performance, quality, compliance, and service level growth.
• Adhere to company and customers’ requirements & KPIs.
• Any other ad hoc additional functions mandated by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• 5-7 years of experience in handling out of gauge cargo/ oil & gas project freight forwarding activities.
• Air Freight both Import and Export experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
• Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations, incoterms and shipping documents
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
• Willing to learn, initiative & proactive in his/her work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
