Operation Manager

- Recruit, hire and train new employees in their direct area
- Offer consultation and recommendations to store supervisor on overcoming operations challenges
- Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives
- Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use
- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area
- Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Setting standards and objectives for different stores and departments
- Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
- Proven experience as Store Operations Manager, Assistant Manager or similar managerial role
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- 1-3 years experience having worked in retail field is preferred
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
- Possess own vehicle
- Immediate hiring
- Location: Hulu Selangor, Klang, Puchong, Bangi, Kajang
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
