Requirements
Can start immediately.
Education: SPM & Diploma Holder
Preferably with call handling experience.
Language spoken: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English, additional language is an advantage.
Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge & typing., Telephone Etiquette., Problem-Solving Skills
Responsibility
Handle incoming cases and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Ensure timely resolution and escalation of complex issues as needed.
Track and monitor sales work order status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Offer support and guidance to internal sales team members.
Assist in resolving customer issues and providing product/service-related information.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies.
Analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans to enhance team performance and quality.
Collaborate closely with call center team leaders.
Generate and analyze performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Present insights and recommendations to management for agent performance.
