Farm Byte Sdn Bhd is expanding bigger in Kuala Lumpur and is looking for a young and challenging candidate to fulfill these Job Descriptions below;

• Strategically plan, execute and manage projects for Distribution Centre hub setups according to the business expansion plans.
• Documenting and implementation of process flows and SOPs for both internal and external partners.
• Governance of partner performance by constant monitoring of SLAs and fulfillment accuracy.
• To prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports of performance, costs and other related metrics as required.
• To drive continuous operational quality and efficiency improvement.
• Building of network and partnerships with various suppliers and service providers to cater to business requirements.
• Conduct investigation and plan corrective action for any customer complaints received.
• Investigating and troubleshooting products or production issues. Developing preventive measures, solutions, and improvement actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and other ad-hoc task.

• Diploma in relevant field.
• Experienced in logistics and / or warehousing operations will be an advantage.
• Experienced in courier hub / warehousing setup will be a plus.
• Good knowledge in food safety / HACCP / GMP will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good personality as a leader with a team player spirit.
• Driven to achieve targets and achieve goals.
