Farm Byte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its commercial capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a 12 month contract as an Upstream Commercial Manager to be based in Johor Darul Takzim. The Job Description for this position are as below;

Sales Strategies - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
Key Results Area - Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Market Analysis - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Stakeholders Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the territory.
Result Driven - Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales forecasts.
Adaptive Methods - Transform conventional sales method to online B2B sales method.
Kaizen - Continously review and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholders Relations - Maintain a presence in the assigned territory to build trust and rapport with customers.

Minimum Degree in any relevant field, with preferences to Agricultural nature.
Minimum 5 years' experience in either Farm Management or Retailing or Sales of food and fresh produce.
Good knowledge of leadership and able to drive and inspire a sales team to achieve the desired results or targets
Excellent knowledge in negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent knowledge in reading data for market analysis and trend forecasting.
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills.
Must be able to work additional hours to achieve dedicated targets.
A team player with a positive attitude. Able to manage stressful situation for self and team.
Excellent knowledge with CRM or other sales software, data analysis tools and other technological sales management tool.
Excellent knowledge in handling digital communication tools and platforms for remote management of sales team.
