Farm Byte Sdn Bhd is looking for a Farm Supervisor to fulfill this Job Description:

• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive to execute all the procedure and SOP related to farm daily operation.
• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive to delegate daily job distribution to the general workers related to daily operation farm.
• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive to always ensure sufficient stock of agriculture inputs at farm.
• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive to monitor closely the performance of the planting plot through daily report submission including the plant growth condition, P&D status, plant support system condition and other related information.
• To always ensure all the farm equipment and tools at good condition and perform any rectification work if needed.
• To ensure on the harvesting of the crops based on the spesification, volume and maturity stage as requested by customer.
• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive on the establishment of the farm crop planning including crop planting schedule, crop forecast and other related document.
• To assist Assistant Manager/Operation Executive and Agronomist on the establishment and review of SOP related to plant upkeep and maintenance including land preparation, planting, P&D control and harvesting of the crop.
• To ensure all General Workers adhere all the SOP related to farm daily operation including safety, health and local authority law and regulation.

• Possess at least SPM/STPM/SKM/Diploma in agricultural related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in related fields is preferable.
• Able in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
• Supervisory skills, able to use microsoft word and excel.
• Production/Business data recording.
• Active support to business needs.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to work under pressure and flexible.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
