• Customer Engagement - Provide service excellent communication to customers via electronic or conventional medium. An ambassador of the company as a platform for the customers to address their inquiries and get clarification.
• Record and Statistics - Compile and provide statistical analysis of inquiries and complaints receive by customers for management review. Detail and precise statistical data is essential in order to better our customer needs.
• Communication Management - To ensure the correct complaints or feedback from customers are delivered to the correct division for troubleshooting and recovery measures.
• Stakeholder Relationship - Ensure the harmonious and cooperative environment between customers and the relevant departments by providing exceptional customer service and timely response.
• Departmental Support - Work closely with other departments as to ensure complaints and feedback is attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
