Farm Byte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its commercial capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a 12 month contract as an Upstream Commercial Executive to be based in Johor Darul Takzim. The Job Description for this position are as below;

Sales Activities - Promote and sell fresh produce or crops to the wholesale or general trade market.
Growing The Clientele - Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
Sales Strategies - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual sales target based on the determined time frame.
Product Learning - Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them choose the right products based on their needs.
Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Documentation Management - Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Interdepartmental Relations - Coordinate with departments or functions to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Stakeholders Relations - Maintain a presence in the assigned territory to build trust and rapport with customers .

Minimum Diploma in any relevant field, with preferences to Agricultural nature.
Minimum a year experience in either Farm Management or Retailing or Sales of food and fresh produce.
Good knowledge of fresh produce and crops.
Conscientious, hardworking, dedicated in achieving sales target.
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills.
Must be able to work additional hours to achieve dedicated targets.
Good negotiation skills.
A team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
