Job Description:

• Follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
• Report daily survey results to the Team Leaders.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and payment procedures.
• Educate customers to make payments promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiations with customers.

Requirements:

• Possess SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience.
• Experience in Credit Recovery is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a pleasant personality and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must possess own transport (motorcycle) and a valid driving license, as the role involves fieldwork and traveling.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
