Job responsibilities:

Leading a team of 3 to 5 members to drive and achieve their individual and unit targets.
Demonstrated ability to maintain private and confidential information at their discretion.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under duress to meet the unit goals.
In the course of duty, he/she must adhere to strict compliance to BNM guidelines and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field.
5 years and above experience in leading a collections team in banking or non-banking related industry.
