Main responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product (NP) implementation activities to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and oversee the Quality Plan for NPI, monitoring the execution and results of quality lots to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Generate and monitor the output of the Product Release Unit (PRU) Plan, ensuring that all results meet project specifications and objectives.
• Implement and manage the Annual Project Plan (Value Engineering) to optimize resources and achieve project goals efficiently.
• Conduct thorough reviews of customer specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
• Execute Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes to facilitate necessary changes and updates throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering related disciplines.
• Willing to undergo training at Taiwan for 1 year (estimated).
• Experience in semiconductor process integration, product or process is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
