Main responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide subsidiaries in executing medium to long-term fundraising initiatives. Manage financing applications and mitigate foreign exchange risks effectively.
• Lead project execution by collaborating with department and section managers. Develop detailed work plans, monitor progress, and report on outcomes regularly.
• Ensure the effective execution of liability insurance policies and manage accident handling processes.
• Execute operations related to letter of credit limit management and oversee the issuance of letters for capital plans.
• Supervise subsidiaries in implementing various insurance types, including liability, property, transportation, and engineering insurance, ensuring comprehensive accident handling.
• Conduct thorough analysis and collection of financial products and economic exchange rate data.
• Prepare recommendation reports for risk management. Assess foreign exchange position risks, apply for necessary quotas, and implement robust foreign exchange hedging policies.
• Propose and maintain the group's capital control framework, formulating a strategic capital management plan.
• Oversee the execution of foreign currency payment transactions and negotiate terms to optimize financial operations.

Requirements:

• Willing to undergo training at Taiwan for 1 year (estimated).
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in local Malaysian financing exercise.
