Main responsibilities:

• Evaluate and confirm the feasibility of new technologies, considering factors such as cost-benefit analysis, compatibility with existing systems, and potential risks.
• Cultivate intelligent manufacturing (IM) personnel – Provide mentorship and coaching to support the development and growth of IM personnel.
• Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to understand the specific needs and goals of the manufacturing processes (site survey).
• Provide user requirement document (URD)/ user acceptance test (UAT) specification.
• Establish and implement management standards and guidelines for the operation and maintenance of intelligent manufacturing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Electronic / Mechanical), Computer Science or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo training at Taiwan for 1 year (estimated).
• Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
