Key Accountability

• Review aircraft check maintenance package, prepared/ build up by Advance Planning.

• Participate in aircraft check maintenance package review meeting and to ensure effective review on aircraft check package and well coordination with Production Planning, Hangar Production and other relevant supporting sections whilst meeting the check package requirements.

• Participate in aircraft-check pre-induction meeting prior aircraft check induction with Production and

• Support groups to finalise the package content, including the necessary spares, tooling and resources are made available for the successful accomplishment of the check and to ensure proper communication and readiness for performing the maintenance check.

• Review and monitor the TAT according to the project timeline (Gantt chart) provided/ prepared by Production Planning (PPC) for on-time delivery.

• Participate in aircraft check Maintenance Progress Meeting / Daily Operation Meeting (DOM) and Aircraft Check Maintenance Slot Meeting.

• Collect and analyse all Aircraft Maintenance Check data and update with regards to man-hours and duration of the Check & produce Aircraft Maintenance Check Performance Reports.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 2 years experience in Engineering & Maintenance or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with 4 years in Engineering & Maintenance.

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline or Aircraft Maintenance personnel with 3 to 4 years experience in Engineering and Maintenance Planning.

Skills & Knowledge

• High knowledge in Aircraft Engineering Maintenance, Production Planning (PPC) and Engineering Maintenance Planning activities, system and processes, particularly Check Planning.

• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, which able to lead with good leadership quality and analytical skills and capable to work under pressure.

• Able to perform Aircraft Check Performance Analysis and to produce accurate Aircraft Check Performance Reports in timely order.

• Moderate to expert skills with project management / office tools i.e. Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Words/Project.

Key Challenges

• Ensures all maintenance tasks assigned are properly reviewed prior to handover to Part 145 Production Planning and TAT are optimized to the Aircraft Schedule and TAT.

• Consistently monitor ongoing aircraft maintenance check carried out by part 145 production and provides feedback to Aircraft Schedule Planning and help mitigate, resolve and find solution to tasks, TAT, scheduling, material and production issues.
