Main responsibilities:

• Prepare tooling, conduct engineering batch try runs, and monitor process abnormalities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct difference analysis to identify and address process variations and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement quality plans, generate quality reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Plan and execute process risk reduction (PRU) activities to mitigate potential risks and ensure process stability.
• Conduct audits, analyze audit data, and implement corrective actions to address identified non-conformities.
• Review and maintain process specifications (SPEC) and control plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Execute engineering change management (ECM) processes to implement necessary modifications to processes and documentation.
• Prepare meeting reports, participate in customer meetings, and execute appropriate actions to address customer needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering related disciplines.
• Willing to undergo training at Taiwan for 1 year (estimated).
• Experience in semiconductor process integration, product or process is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
