Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing our new Quality Department. The selected candidate will collaborate and assist closely with the Quality Manager to build and pioneer the QA/QC process, eliminate any potential risks and failures, and contribute to the production of top-quality products. Key Responsibilities:
· Review and validate technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
· Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with product specifications and production requirements.
· Maintain comprehensive products and processes information and database; to ensure effective quality implementation.
· Establish the Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) file. Ensure that products meet requirement & specifications, coordinating with relevant departments to address any deviations.
· Manage and implement Change Requests (CR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN), ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated.
· Oversee project management activities related to quality assurance and FAI; ensuring that all quality aspects are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or Degree in Science or any Metal Technology courses.
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment, fresh graduate with detailed and attentive oriented are encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate skills in CAD/CAM for drawing and design are required.
• Sound technical knowledge in product and process through Quality tools such as Control Plan, FMEA, Total Quality Management (TQM), 7QC tools with APQP and PPAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge in ERP is an advantage.
• Good written communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,138.75 - RM5,000.00 per month
