- Short listing the profiles & arranging for their interviews
- Telephonically or personally interviewing the candidates, conduct interviews and share reports
- Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities
- At least 1-2 years of working experience specializing in recruitment or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Qualifications in any field or equivalent
- Good network or contacts.
- Support in HR administrative jobs
- Support on employees Training and development program
- Facilitate the onboarding process, prepare offer letters for new hires, and manage employees personal data entry tasks
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
