What you will be doing :

Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish growth and company objectives.
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with customers/clients to educate them around the solutions providesd and act as a support function.
Growing company revenue by ensuring Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue.
Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron’s needs and wants.
Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patrons goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management/Business development/Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good with numbers.
Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
Knowledge in maintaining relationships with Stakeholder/Owners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
