Customer Service Executive

LOCATION:
- Menara Dana 13 Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their apparel/retail orders, purchases, payments, refunds, deliveries, app issues etc.
- Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- KPI/Attendance allowance: RM300
WORKING HOURS:
- 9AM – 6PM, (Monday – Sunday)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
