Customer Service Executive

PROJECT: ZARA (Supporting Australia & New Zealand)
LOCATION:
  • Menara Dana 13 Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
  • FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
JOB SCOPE:
  • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their apparel/retail orders, purchases, payments, refunds, deliveries, app issues etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
SALARY PACKAGE:
  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • KPI/Attendance allowance: RM300
Salary: Up to RM 2,800 per month (including allowances)
WORKING HOURS:
  • 9AM – 6PM, (Monday – Sunday)
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
  • 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
