Position: Retail Associate/Senior Retail Associate

Job Descriptions:
· As a retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand
· Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.
· Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
· Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
· Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
· Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
· Engage with Clients to develop long–term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
· Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
· Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
· Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviours
· Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field
· At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
· The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed
· Required Language(S) Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Remuneration Package:
· Basic RM 2,200.00 – RM 3,500.00/month
· Guarantee Commissions – RM 800.00/month
· Travelling allowances RM 150.00/month
· Incentives Provided
· 13-month Salary (AWS)
· 5 days work/week
· Uniform & Training Provided
