Responsibilities:

• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the showroom and team.
• Product Presentation & Promotion: Effectively present the full range of lighting solutions, smart home automation, and security products to customers. Highlight current promotions and additional value-added offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Guide customers through a comprehensive showroom experience, demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Address pre-sales and post-sales inquiries professionally, ensuring customer needs are met at all stages.
• Provide follow-up on inquiries and proposals to build strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot customer issues promptly, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Showroom Operations Management: Maintain daily operations of the showroom in line with company standards and requirements, ensuring a smooth and professional environment for customers.
• Inventory & Store Management: Oversee the full range of store activities, including order monitoring, stock receiving, and proper storage of items.
• Regularly update inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Sales Target Achievement: Actively work towards achieving and exceeding showroom sales targets through effective customer engagement and proactive selling strategies.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Possess at least an SPM, STPM, A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in consumer electronics, lighting, or smart home automation is a strong advantage.
• Skills & Language Proficiency: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Self-Motivation & Independence: Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal guidance. Skilled in handling customers with tact.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable using digital technologies and possessing strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Team-Oriented & Flexible: A collaborative team player who values trust and respect, and is willing to work on weekends if needed.
