BPW Industrial Sdn. Bhd. is a professional one-stop solution provider that offers a wide range of portable lighting products with maximized bright power for well-known customers worldwide. Our existing production factory is first established since 2001 in Zhuhai, China with production space of over 220,000 sq ft that covers the operation from concept and design input, engineering drawings, sophisticated working prototypes, testing result outputs to manufacturing methodologies and production to ensure final products are of the highest quality.
With our current new expansion in Johor, Malaysia serving clients mainly from USA and European markets, we are diligently hiring capable individuals to join, grow and develop with us for this exciting journey ahead.
Minimum Requirements:
1) Diploma in Accounting or Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar field/position.
2) Knowledge in full set accounting system is a MUST.
3) Able to analysis financial data and to prepare accurate account report.
4) Able to maintain detailed records.
5) Other competences: Responsibility and accountability, Good in planning and managerial skill, secrecy.
Must be conversant in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
1) Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
2) Overseeing the daily accounting transactions with error free updated to ERP system.
3) To oversee the whole company accounting and auditing.
4) Bank and cash management.
5) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C).
6) Develop and uphold the implementation of the company’s policies and SOP.
7) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times
8) Inform to directors if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in cash flow or annual report or workplace.
9) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities.
10) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements.
11) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time.
12) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
