Job requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on financial accounting experience using accounting software is essential.
• Knowledgeable in SQL accounting software.
• Familiarity with Malaysia's accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of drive and self-motivation.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Job description

• Prepare comprehensive accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reporting.
• Ensure all accounting entries and supporting documents are complete for timely monthly account closures.
• Oversee all accounting activities.
• Maintain Income Statement and Balance Sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
• Assist with the annual financial audit and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records and documents.
• Prepare monthly journals and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
