JOB OVERVIEW
Our Senior Account Executive in the Account / Finance Department will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing financial records with Maintenance Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to senior management.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Experienced to assists with internal and external audits every year.
• Reconcile payout reports and address any discrepancies.
• Optimize cash management processes to improve financial efficiency.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability to present to management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor/Degree, in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least (6-8) years’ experience on related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong.
• Able to work in team and work independently.
• Ability to work in automation, following up on the matter and solving matter.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Knowledge in Financial Management, Microsoft Office; Excel, Words, Xero Accounting
• Written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be an advantage)

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
