Responsibilities Include:

• Handle with staff reimbursement aspect, review staff reimbursement in OA system according to NUCTECH reimbursement policy, optimize reimbursement policies that suitable to the developing of business.
• Responsible to monthly closing and reporting deadline, and perform monthly accounting closing tasks as per closing schedule such as: execute journal entries; perform accounts reviews, prepares analyses for the income statement and balance sheet items; etc.
• Uphold self-inspection ability to ensure output result is in adherence with NUCTECH internal standard process operations, local generally accepted accounting practices (if applied) and external compliance requirements.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the audit risk, anticipate potential audit pain points by considering local regulations, tax policies, cultural differences, and more.
• Responsible to perform quarterly and annual company income tax computation (including review tax rules, deductible/Non deductible, etc.), perform the tax accounts reconciliation. Required to conduct intensively communication with local tax agent.

Must-have：

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field of study with minimum three years of relevant working experience in Audit/related GL work scope.
• Deep understand of relevant accounting standards and principles. This includes generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Familiar with Malaysia IFRS(including MFRS and MPERS) and PRC GAAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.
• Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. Excel, Words, Power Point and etc.), especially Excel.
• Knowledge of local tax and commercial law is an advantage.
• Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy.
• Candidates with Shared service center or audit experience will be preferred
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and are allowed to work in Malaysia.

Nice-to-have:

• Working experience with Chinese company is a plus or familiarity with Chinese culture.
• Relevant professional ACCA is a plus.
