Senior Account Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the calculation and distribution of salaries for local employees, ensuring timely payment and handling related human resource management and reporting affairs.
- Assist Chinese employees with visa processing, including application, renewal, and handling related documents.
- Responsible for the company's financial accounting, invoicing, tax declaration, and other related matters.
- Coordinate with local audit firms, responsible for coordinating tax reporting and audit work with audit firms to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
- Responsible for communicating with China headquarters and reporting HR management, payroll and other matters.
- Handle contrsuction firm full set of account
- Handle payment, submit payment flow in china internal website
Qualifications:
- Degree or above in Accountancy , Finance Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in finance and human resources work preferred.
- Able to independently handle company accounting tasks and liaise with the head office finance department.
- Familiar with the recruitment process, with recruitment experience and personnel management capabilities.
- Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Proficient in both Mandarin English and Malay language is preferred.
