In 2024, we expanded into the Asian market, including Malaysia. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving successful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Client Requisition and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to pitch different marketing projects or campaigns
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects or campaigns. Ensure flawless implementation and timely delivery
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and communicate any adjustments to clients
• New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches
• Reporting and Presentations: Create visually appealing reports and presentations for clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years in a client servicing role within a marketing, event, or advertising agency, with connections in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)
• Strong numerical mindset and eagerness to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good initiative and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with advertising and social media campaigns is an added value
