You'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations smooth and ensuring our VIP customers receive top-notch service.
Your day-to-day will involve managing various administrative tasks, including handling purchase orders, coordinating building maintenance, and overseeing service contractors. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our office environment running efficiently, from small tasks to big tasks, from managing office supplies & equipment to ensuring timely license renewals.
In terms of customer service, you will be demonstrating the capability to offer exceptional customer service to VIP customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our VIP customers with digital photography and camera repair needs. Your role will involve greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and working closely with our technical teams to resolve any issues. Your ability to communicate clearly and keep customers updated on their repairs will be key to maintaining their satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who is not only responsive and independent but also proactive in finding solutions rather than just presenting problems. Your ability to articulate your thoughts and keep things in control will be essential in this role.
