Job Description Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and managing requirements for assigned projects, from high-level customer journeys to detailed business & non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business functions, conduct comprehensive analyses of user requirements, define project scope and objectives, translate them into functional and non-functional requirement documents (open to local or any nationality who are already in Malaysia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirements gathering, creating As-Is picture, manage requirements for assigned projects, from high-level customer journeys to detailed business requirements.
- Support process & operational excellence initiatives by identifying and implementing opportunities, and providing monthly analysis and reporting for operational metrics performance.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of user requirements to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze data sourcing and identify functional enhancements, designing functional applications to meet user needs.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to obtain user agreements on functional specifications, ensuring stakeholder commitments to project planning and effective change management.
- Produce complex process flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for early-stage user testing and refinement of user requirements.
- Communicate effectively with middle and senior management teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and believe in the power of technology to drive business outcomes.
- Translating all functional and non-functional requirements into well documented format with As-Is and To-Be representation
Required Skills:
- 10years of experience in delivery of technical solutions with more than 6 years as Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with launching digital products or marketing technology.
- Experience in system analysis and design.
- Proficiency in Agile Development Methodology such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to produce wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for user testing.
- Experience in stakeholder management with middle and senior management teams.
- Strong understanding of how technology can drive business outcomes and business case creation.
- Excellent documentation skills & highly motivated individual.
- Experience on RFI/RFP creation.
- Experiences in process modelling tools and techniques
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a highly complex business environment working with multiple line-of-business
- Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM14,500.00 per month
