Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, from conception to completion.
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
• Design infrastructure works, such as roads, sewerage, drainage systems, earthworks, and utilities, adhering to regulatory and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil, structural, and infrastructural projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct detailed checks on engineering drawings and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, including architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and project documents.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and contract administration.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.
• Strong proficiency in engineering design software such as Civil 3D, Auto CAD, Prota Structure, and Tekla TEDDS.
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under minimal supervision.
• Possess a Class D or Class B driving license.
