• Address customer concerns in reference to product, service rendered or staff interactions.
• Be Hospitality ambassador promoting and uphold “Japanese Hospitality”.
• Train new hires on standard operating procedure (SOP) of company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly serve customers.
• Supervise and participate in preparation of restaurant to be ready for service, following sequence of work during set-up time and service time.
• Checks that food and beverage orders are delivered as per SOP.
• Monitor staff punctuality and attendance to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure work area is well maintained and clean at all time, including utensils, equipment etc.
• Ensure workstation is well-stocked and well arranged, before, during and after operation hours.
• Check staff strictly follows company policies and SOP.
• Perform shift Opening or Closing on the POS and tally cash and credit card settlements.
• Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the kitchen areas.
