• To organize and prepare meeting papers for board meetings, general meetings and other sub-committee meetings
• To prepare, arrange and file all the statutory documents with the relevant authorities within the stipulated time frame
• Drafting of announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
• To maintain and update statutory records
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers
• Advise the board and management the latest changes in the Bursa, SC and Companies Acts to promote corporate governance and compliance
• Managing end-to-end secretarial matters of the Group

Requirements:

• ICSA qualified and a MAICSA member
• Relevant experience as a Company Secretary and in Public Listed Company
• Familiar with provision of the Companies Act, Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) regulation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity, commitment, initiative and a team player
• Possess excellent organizational competency to handle multi tasks and have distinct ability to work independently and resourceful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
