Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Matrix Parking Solution Sdn Bhd. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR activities.
  • Maintain and update HR operational documents including Employee Handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
  • Draft and manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, such as appointment letters, transfer letters, confirmation letters, and memos in compliance with HR policies.
  • Maintain and update the HRMS system to ensure accurate employee data and records.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from screening, shortlisting, and interviewing to offering, contract preparation, and administration.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting inductions, handling contract renewals, transfers, resignations, and end-of-contract processes.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and other government authorities.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records by updating employee information, including new joiners, contract updates, and personal files.
  • Ensure timely preparation and updates for staff insurance and manage employee medical claims.
  • Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary issues, including involvement in Domestic Inquiry (DI) procedures.
  • Manage employee grievances, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary, and recommend employee relations practices to improve morale and motivation.
  • Support employee engagement activities within the company.
  • Review and make recommendations regarding salary bands, benefits, and compensation.
  • Manage holiday calendars, leave balances, and ensure timely preparation and distribution of pay slips.
  • Track and measure key HR metrics, including employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Assist in preparing monthly manpower reports for management.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for HR-related information.
  • Stay up to date with Malaysia labor laws and government regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations and assist with data migration tasks.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
  • Degree holder in Business/HR Equivalent or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
