Job Description:

• Perform the new car purchase and accessories installation (new car) process; including obtain quotation from vendor, supplier sourcing & selection, price negotiation & comparison, loan application, payment process and paper works.
• Attend quotation request from MCR Sales Team in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (automotive product and non-automotive products relates with Car Leasing/Rental); prepare costing proposal.
• Handle & Process Order & Accessories Installation
• Quotation / Costing Proposal -Supplier sourcing & selection, obtain quotation from vendor, price negotiation & comparison, costing sheet preparation
• Coordination of vehicle registration & permit application
• Loan Application - Obtain quotation from banker, rate negotiation / comparison, and loan application
• Prepare Surat Wakil, Redemption & Authorization Letter (loan), update Car Pro PO & Manual PO List, Quotation Request List, Vendor List, HP Loan Control List, Ad-hoc Bulk Order Car List, Payment Status List for ETCM/ATM/WTC
• Handle Mails / Calls & Payment Process & Problem Solving

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 year experience above in Procurement /Costing/Marketing related industry
• Computer skill (Microsoft Mail, Excel, Words & Power Point)
• Knowledge Car Pro system will add advantage
• Good in Negotiation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
