Requirements :

• Possess minimum Degree in accounting or finance, with ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 10-15 years, ideally in a similar role or logistics.
• Strong MFRS and accounting standards knowledge.
• Proficient in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
• Effective leadership, people management, and mentoring.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in strategic relationship-building with peers and senior management.
• Strong in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, general ledger, foreign investments, tax, and treasury.
• Must be able to speak, read & write English, Malay and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and deadlines.

Job Descriptions :

• To report to the Managing Director and CFO, leading finance functions such as Statutory and Management Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, and corporate matters.
• To oversee corporate tax matters, review tax computations, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• To monitor company financial performance, manage consolidated accounts, and ensure accurate, complete, and compliant financial and management reports.
• To prepare, review, and present quarterly/yearly financial results, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and manage cash flow strategies.
• To approve expenditures, ensure policy compliance, and maintain internal controls and risk management safeguard.
• To liaise with internal teams and external parties, including auditors, bankers, tax agents, and authorities.
