Job Requirement.
  • Min. Diploma/Degree
  • 3 Year experience in Production Planning & Controller / has ERP System Experience.
  • Strong organization skills, good problem solving skill, quick decision, able to compile detail working schedule.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with several dept.
  • Strong MS Excel Skill / Power BI
Job Description.
  • Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
  • Analyzes production capacity data as well as check for machine capacity, tools, manpower, material, manufacturing process requirements.
  • Manage the WIP flow of each process in orders to ensure smooth uninterrupted to manufacturing process.
  • Do recoveries plan to customer if any unforeseen conditions happen and effect to previous commit schedules.
  • Manage Supplier Performance with Supplier Quality ensuring all suppliers are delivering on time, good quality and services.
  • Coordination with all third-party warehouse activities and control for the goods In/Out. Monthly ensure inventory accurately.
  • Ensure minimal backorder and maintain enough safety stock into hub.
  • Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the ERP system.
  • Arrange for movement of freight to customer and notify customer of shipment arrival with shipment information.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarder to schedule pick up goods.
  • Assist account team for customer overdue payment. Support with doing inquiry and prepare documents required by customer.
  • Processing daily billing to customer for payment.
  • Assist with development. documentation, and implement of ISO and TS quality standards.
  • Follow up PO release from customer and input into ERP system timely.
  • Initiates replacement orders for RTV, damage or discrepant items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
