- Opening and closing gear up orders.
- Track and monitor the whereabouts of gear up orders.
- Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries from various parties.
- Make a schedule checklist for mechanics.
- Make attendance records for Service Division employees.
- Assist the Service Division Manager to manage the activities, operations and workforce of the Service Center.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, accuracy of figures and ensuring all reports are delivered before deadlines.
- SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Office Management or related field.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with Managers, colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other related software applications.
- Ability to do multi-task, flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
