We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our family!

A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and information.
Our ideal candidate for the job shall be a highly motivated, high achieving, winner mindset, ambitious and energetic candidate for the position.
Job Descriptions:

Customer Service & Coordination: Plan and coordinate Body & Paint customer service operations, ensuring vehicle inspections, repair estimates, and customer communication meet established standards. Manage customer queries, complaints, and satisfaction.
Repair Process Management: Oversee vehicle repairs by liaising with technicians and job controllers. Ensure accurate documentation, review repair orders, and handle supplementary claims for both cash-paying and insured customers.
Documentation & Billing: Validate, update, and upload customer information and required documents in systems (Merimen). Perform billing, invoicing, and closing of repair orders while coordinating payments with insurance companies.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal departments, insurance adjusters, and customers to resolve issues and ensure efficient repair processes. Actively participate in team meetings and escalate any unresolved issues to the Service Head.
Sales & Process Improvement: Align with strategies to achieve Body & Paint sales targets and promote customer loyalty. Continuously improve service processes, product knowledge, and contribute to dealership growth and brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
SPM fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Full-Time,and Contract position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
