Job Description

Responsible for customer service after the sale by Sales.
Performs general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electron microscopes.
Performs initial installation of products when they are purchased.
Visit customers to check status and troubleshoot problems
Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advice to customers.
Possible to go to Singapore during training (only once every 3-4 years)
The coverage area is all over Malaysia (mainly Penang area)
Most clients are Japanese companies (University, semiconductor company related)
There are no opportunity to drink alcohol with clients
Visit clients about 4 days in a week
During Office day, they reply emails, prepare PO etc

Requirements

Diploma above in E&E Engineer
Be able to read electric circuit
2 years experience Electrical Engineering related
Be able to travel very frequently
Possess own car

Additional Information:
Company Industry: Service Office in E&E Products
Working Location: Petaling Jaya
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
