• Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our solar products and technologies, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to maintain product knowledge.
• Technical Sales Support:
Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and sales teams by explaining product functionalities, addressing technical questions, and offering solutions to complex customer requirements.

• Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to assess their energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Prepare detailed proposals, including system solution, performance projections, and cost estimates.

• Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our solar solutions. Customize presentations to address customer pain points and highlight key product benefits.

• Training and Development: Train and support the sales team on product knowledge and technical aspects. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance their ability to effectively sell and support our products.
• Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Address any post-sales technical issues or concerns, and work closely with the customer support team to resolve them.

• Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights on product performance and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the product development team to refine existing products and contribute to the development of new offerings
