Sr. Executive Accounts & Finance

- Manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Proficient in using SQL accounting software.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify sales invoices promptly and efficiently.
- Issue, track, and manage e-invoices for streamlined invoicing.
- Oversee electronic fund transfers, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
- Investigate discrepancies and promptly resolve any errors in financial records.
- Collaborate with various departments to support efficient, cross-functional processes.
- Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking as needed.
- Contribute to audits by ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and support financial data integrity.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Diploma or higher in Accounting.
- 2–3 years of experience in the accounting and finance field (required).
- Proven experience in managing full company accounts and financial reporting.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and communicate effectively within a team.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and task prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficient in accounting software, especially SQL Accounting Software (preferred).
- Familiar with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in accounting practices.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
