Job Description

• Troubleshoot and support software applications and basic network connectivity issues to the internal support.
• Provide diagnosis and resolution of issues.
• Maintain proper preventive maintenance records and ensure works carryout compliance with the processes and standards.
• Work as a team to plan , manage and execute IT projects (i.e. rollouts, upgrades, migration etc) within deadlines given.
• To deliver timely services according to the requirements and meet the service level.
• Handle and store all data with integrity & confidentially.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma and in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related.
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in IT/Desktop support is a must.
• Possess positive working attitude, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analysis skills, attention to detail, teamworking skill.
• Applications must be willing to travel as and when required.

Database : Mysql , SQL
Webserver : Tomcat, Apache Httpd
Basic networking skills and Linux OS command
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
