Technical Program Manager (TPM)
  • Responsible for the achievement of the department's decomposition objectives
  • Follow the NPI project development process, complete the material preparation, review and submit to customers for approving at all stages
  • Responsible for the improvement of yield, utilization rate, efficiency and delivery capacity, master CTQ and defects in each process, and lead the analysis and improvement of defects in the process
  • Responsible for connecting with customers: reporting daily project progress and customer requirements, organizing internal team to complete related tasks and obtain customer approval
Qualification
  • Bachelor degree or above, Science or Engineering background
  • Fluent Chinese/English communication skills
  • Strong learning ability, initiative, adaptability and team coordination ability
  • Lithium engineering background/experience is preferred, can independently complete lithium battery DFM, familiar with sigma, FACA, MSA, TA analysis and other engineering methods and tools
  • Having 3-5 years of project management experience, and have more than 1 year of comprehensive management experience in managing more than 5 people (Leadership)
  • NPI project experience is preferred
