• Manage and maintain all desktop computers, monitors, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment within the company. 管理和维护公司内部所有台式机、显示器、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他IT相关设备。
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, network connectivity problems, and provide timely and effective technical support. 诊断和解决用户遇到的软件和硬件问题，网络连接问题，并提供及时有效的技术支持。
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications. 安装、配置、升级操作系统和应用程序。
• Manage computer accounts, permissions, and security settings. 管理计算机账户、权限和安全设置。
• Provide IT training and support for new employees. 为新员工提供IT 培训和支持。
• Assist the IT team in project implementation and system maintenance. 协助IT 团队进行项目实施和系统维护。
• Record IT incidents and issues, and track the progress. 记录IT 事件和问题，并跟踪解决进度。
• Responsible for daily server/system checks, including operation status, disk space, log analysis, etc. 负责服务器/系统的日常检查，包括：运行状态、磁盘空间、日志分析等
• Responsible for creating IT accounts, including computer accounts, email accounts, instant messaging accounts, document cloud accounts, encryption accounts, and OA accounts. 负责开通IT账号，包括：电脑账号、邮箱账号、即时通讯账号、文档云账号、加密账号、OA
• Responsible for business system management and maintenance, including systems like OA, HR, email, instant messaging, document cloud, CPM, KM, encryption, external websites, FTP, [PLM, ERP, SRM, ATS] (backend maintenance). 负责业务系统管理和运维，系统包括：OA、HR、邮箱、即时通讯、文档云、CPM、KM、加密、外部网站、FTP、【PLM、ERP、SRM、ATS】（后台维护）
• Responsible for basic system management and maintenance, including AD, DHCP, DNS, hyper-convergence, cloud, database, desktop cloud, and backup systems 负责基础系统管理和运维，系统包括：AD、DHCP、DNS、超融合、云、数据库、桌面云、备份 系统；
• Responsible for network engineering/monitoring engineering project initiation, follow-up, implementation, maintenance, and network security strengthening and protection 负责网络工程/监控工程的立项、跟进、实施、维护及网络安全加固与防护
• Conduct daily checks of the network/server room, including daily inspections of network equipment, operation status, log analysis, etc. 负责网络/机房的日常检查，包括：网络设备的日常检查：运行状态、日志分析等
• Handle network fault resolution, including VPN issues, wired/wireless network issues, external network access issues, slow network, etc 负责网络故障处理，处理VPN故障、有线/无线网络故障、上外网故障、网络慢等
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the access card system, including modules like access control, consumption, and visitor management. 负责一卡通系统管理和运维，模块包括：门禁、消费、访客
• Handle visitor Wi-Fi account setup and issue resolution; maintain the telephone system, including conference room password setup, long-distance authorization, and fault handling. 负责访客无线上网账号及问题处理；负责电话系统的维护，包括：电话会议室密码开通、开通长途权限、故障处理
• Assist in liaising with domestic system personnel to handle business systems like MES, QMS, WMS, EMS, etc. 协助对接国内系统人员，处理MES、QMS、WMS、EMS等业务系统

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology is preferable or a related field is acceptable
• At least 5 years of desktop support experience, with a preference for those with experience in large enterprises.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems (such as Windows 10/11) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with the installation and use of office software such as WPS.
• Familiar with basic network knowledge, including an understanding of network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.
• Team player with a proactive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in speaking and good written communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay.
