Warehouse Manager/Supervisor (Cosmetics) - Kajang

- Plan and implement warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization.
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent product damage and loss.
- Manage warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of products.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and carriers.
- Negotiate transportation rates and optimize shipping routes to minimize costs.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Manage hazardous materials handling and storage procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the cosmetics or related industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Experience in inventory control and management.
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn.
- Certifications in supply chain management or logistics can be beneficial.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry can be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with warehouse management technologies like RF scanning and automated storage and retrieval systems is helpful.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
