Salary - Up to MYR 3,500 Basic + 2 types of Commission
Location - Remote / WFH (Within KL or Selangor)
Must Haves - Mandarin speaking ability required / Telesales or Telemarketing experience / Familiar with financial or banking products
Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling
or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. We aim to provide financing
solutions and banking needs for SMEs to achieve their business growth and expansion
potentials. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to use our
consulting services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must
understand the customer’s business requirements in a short time and present them with
banking solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cold calling companies to enquire on any banking requirements
- Answer incoming calls from perspective customers
- Ask pertinent questions to understand customer’s needs
- Record customer’s business information accurately in a computer system
- Experience in telemarketing
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patient and able to handle customer rejections
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
