Job Description
Caspio’s all-in-one cloud platform empowers our customers to create and deploy business applications with little to no code in an easy-to-use interface. Our customers stretch the possibilities of their applications by linking external services and programs through our built-in integrations and APIs to centralize their database in the cloud on our AWS infrastructure.
The Partner Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and on-boarding new relationships with Caspio’s channel partners. The goal is to drive partner recruitment and business growth with partners.

The Partner Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and on-boarding new relationships with Caspio’s channel partners. The goal is to drive partner recruitment and business growth with partners.
Responsibilities
- Development of partner and market segmentation coverage model to help identify gaps and opportunities in current Caspio partner coverage.
- Prospecting and reaching out to new Partners via tools like Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, phone calls, etc.
- Transit the partner relationship to the Partner Enablement team, including strategic planning, consistent increase in sales, and cooperative marketing in various regions.
- Assist in development and execution of the joint go to market programs including integrated solutions, bundling, and customer events.
- Prepare and give business quarterly business reviews to the Alliances management team.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in the complex contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business or in a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales/ business development / channels experience in the technology space (SAAS / PAAS preferred), focused on recruiting and enabling new partners, especially from an outbound perspective.
- Demonstrated experience showing year-on-year growth in revenues derived from channel partners.
- Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Experience with prospecting, outreach and sales tools like Seamless, Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, cold calling, Hub Spot, Zoom etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to interpret critical business challenges and translate to optimal business process recommendations.
- Good to have extensive connections with Channel Partners, primarily System Integrators and Consulting companies, or have stood up a Channel / Partners from scratch.
- Positive can-do attitude, driven, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and team player.
