ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Place: Venlo
Type: Hybrid
Level: Intermediate

You will make an impact in the following way:

Process incoming invoices through our AP automation tool Basware, ensuring accurate coding of all invoices.
Follow up with approvers to ensure timely posting of invoices, aligning with payment selections made by our Cash Department.
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
Assist the Finance department with various financial matters as needed.
Maintain contact with suppliers and provide support to internal and external customers.

What you will bring:

Proficiency in systems such as Basware, BPCS, SAP, Navision, and MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
High ethical standards in interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Flexibility and resilience, with a willingness to learn from challenges to achieve goals.
